Starting as a one-aircraft operation 26 years ago, we have grown to an operation of 14 aircraft. Through strategic alliances and a dedication to service, we’ve gained global recognition in multiple niche markets.
USMX AirLink is the company’s commercial name, and is officially registered in Mexico as ‘Personas y Paquetes por Aire S.A. de S.V.’ (PPA), our official aircraft operator in Mexico. USMX Holding Group includes:
- Air Ambulance division: AirLink Ambulance
- Maintenance & tenders division: AirLink MRO
- Training division: Airlink Aviation Training Center

Founded in 1998 in Guadalajara, Personas y Paquetes por Aire SA de CV (PPA) serves regional and continental charter flight needs with a broad range of aircraft and helicopter management and maintenance services, air ambulances, cargo flights, and executive charter flights. Under the AirLink brand, PPA provides integrated solutions designed to meet the specific and unique needs of its clients, including the National Government through the Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA). PPA is a globally recognized company in various market niches.
PPA collaborates with its international partners, Aviatek and Grupo Fravic. This collaboration brings together extensive knowledge and experience to deliver outstanding service using the most advanced aeronautical methodologies.
AIRLINK AMBULANCE
AirLink Ambulance provides air ambulance services for patients who are not well enough to travel on a commercial flight but need to return to their home country or be transferred to a more suitable medical facility. As the only EURAMI-accredited provider in Mexico, AirLink Ambulance offers year-round bed-to-bed air ambulance transfers and commercial medical escort services.

AIRLINK MRO
AirLink MRO, with more than 20 years of experience and our own AFAC-certified and approved maintenance facilities, provides comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for a wide range of aircraft.
Under the AirLink brand, we offer integrated solutions designed to meet the specific and unique needs of our clients, including the governments of Mexico and Guatemala. AirLink is a globally recognized company in various market niches.
We are backed by extensive experience working with the Mexican Air Force and the Mexican State Airline.
Authorized by the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) under Aircraft Maintenance Workshop Permit No. 277.
Within our capabilities, we support: Category 3 airframes; Class 1, 3, and 4 aircraft; Class 1 and 3 engines; Class 2 accessories; Class 2 propellers; and specialized services. We are qualified to service the Cessna 650, UH-60 Black Hawk, Learjet 20, 30, and 40 series, Convair CV-340/580, and Hawker 700, 800, and 900XP series aircraft.
AIRLINK EXECUTIVE
AirLink Executive offers the perfect private aircraft for your business or leisure travel. In addition we can take care of the administration of your aircraft, maximizing the value of your investment. We operate a fleet of luxury aircraft dedicated to the demanding executive charter market.
From USMX AirLink´s non-stop Call Center we offer aircraft that are ideal for business or pleasure travel. AirLink Executive is one of the most experienced and trustworthy American charter companies operating from Mexico.

AIRLINK AIRCRAFT ADMINISTRATION
AirLink Aircraft Administration, as its name suggests, provides aircraft administration services; thanks to our history and reputation, over the years USMX AirLink has also developed and expanded its aircraft management business.
We provide services to businesses and individuals so they can enjoy aircraft ownership without the worries of operating it, while also offering significant tax benefits.
Third-party aircraft included in our Air Operator Certificate are 100% operated and controlled by USMX AirLink to serve both their owners and external customers.
AIRLINK CARGO
AirLink Cargo provides safe, reliable and cost-effective Air Cargo services. We have been with Air Tribe in a strategic joint venture since 2002 to own and operate a fleet of heavy and medium cargo aircraft to solve the problems of the automobile and electronics industries´ just-in-time parts inventories, manufactured by the more than 4,000 maquiladoras established in Mexico.
Air Tribe specializes in ACMI and ad-hoc cargo with options of delivering door to door or airport to airport.
The sales and support staff at Air Tribe are available 24/7. Air Tribe has a multicultural and multilingual staff consisting of more than 60 aviation professionals and support staff providing top quality global air cargo services. We provide our services to a wide range of customers including express companies, freight forwarders, manufacturers, maquiladoras, and OEM suppliers.
AIRLINK AVIATION TRAINING CENTER
AirLink Aviation Training Center provides training for all. Within the courses we have:
